Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’, and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By using and making a purchase from this website you are agreeing that you are a B2B customer.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through PayPal. If you dont have a PayPal account can still use as a guest. If you require delivery to a alternative address or left in a safe place payment would have to be made by BACS not PayPal. Please Email or ring for details. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you can ring up for our bank details to pay by transfer.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the error.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have under-priced goods inadvertently, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We are now using DX for Mainland England, includes Scotland up to the Highlands.
UK mainland & Inc Scotland (Except Listed Below) £6.95p Orders over £65.00 + VAT Free Posted.
All other areas, IOW, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man. Will delivered by Parcelforce 2-3 Day, Flat Rate £8.95p
Delivery Schedule
Place your order by 12 pm we will do our best to send out the same day. If for any reasons we cant we will send the next day.
All goods are packed by two people, so mistakes don’t happen.
You must inform us within two working days of delivery if the goods are lost, missing, damaged or the packaging is damaged in anyway in transit. You must check the goods on arrival. Please sign for as damaged and take pictures so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Failure to do so will invalidate any insurance claim and will not be able to send a replacement. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If you ask for a parcel to be left with next door or in a safe place or where a signature cannot be obtained you are then responsible for its safety.
The Courier will attempt to deliver twice after that it will come back to us, and you will then be responsible for re-delivery costs.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within seven working days for a refund, not including the cost of delivery. As a B2B customer you will be liable to a re stocking admin charge upto 25% of order value.
Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Box or any other packaging undamaged in any way.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affects your legal rights, and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or the rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

The right to return goods will not apply on the following circumstances-

- Anything with a limited lifespan, example – Adhesives
